It's one of the island's coolest addresses, with its beach hut airs emanating a perpetually cheerful mood. An ideal spot for summer evenings, the house offers a fresh marine slate, mackerel sashimi en gravelax, fine smoked meats, brill with asparagus and beurre blanc, granola, strawberry and ice cream. Good accompaniment in the glass (J.-L. Dutraive, Patrick Miolane, Gramenon, Achillée, B. Duchêne...).
