Gourmet Restaurant If tradition is good, modernity can also have its attractions, as this contemporary bistro proves, hosted with kindness and relaxation by a team that puts the island forward in a cool, gourmet way. As evidenced by the daily menu, always attractive and suggestive, with plates that make a good impression: grilled mackerel that goes well with watercress, hake and cabbage on a mushroom broth, an honest cottage cheese tart in a slim selection of desserts. The short à la carte menu changes almost every service according to the market, and the wine selection is broad and appropriate.
