Gault&Millau's review 2021

Established in a residential area on the outskirts of Toulouse, the establishment has a loyal clientele, who come as regulars to enjoy the simple, effective pleasures of the house, in a traditional market vein that works well. The dishes reflect a certain technique, applied to the unmissable beef tartare, the house burger, Spanish-style sea bream, sliced duck breast, foie gras and mushrooms. Desserts of the same high standard. Friendly welcome and service.
