Chef's Restaurant Trained at Le Métropole in Monaco, then at L'Ane Rouge with Michel Devillers, Bessem Ben Abdallah made a name for himself as Pierre Gagnaire's chef when the latter was responsible for the menu at Les Airelles in Courchevel. Since moving to his home in Mandelieu in 2017, this hard-working chef has built a table in his own image, both refined and luxurious, which inevitably leads to a rather exclusive positioning, with an entry ticket that rises to very high heights (€89 for lunch and €135 for dinner, with the obligation to accept the principle of the hidden/imposed menu). Fortunately, the service is commensurate with the investment that customers must make, with beautiful products enhanced by flawless technique. Excellent service and a well-advised cellar.
