Chef's Restaurant Michel Verdu, after a few months with Christophe Morel, the historic chef of this fine establishment (more than 20 years at the helm), took over the reins of Baud for good in 2023, setting out to continue his predecessor's work while gradually bringing his own sensibility to the plates. Committed to promoting and working primarily with local producers, the former chef of La Pagerie, in Gaillard, has given in to the fashion of imposed hidden menus, in 5 or 7 courses. Nevertheless, the two toques remain solid.
