Chef's Restaurant A family spirit in a luxury setting, a hotel and a restaurant with a long-standing reputation. Travelers and regulars alike will feel at home in this well-appointed setting, enjoying the region's flagship products at their very best: poached trout with tarragon pesto, Miéral "Prince de Dombes" duckling in shreds, buckwheat risotto with black garlic Caesar sauce, Arctic char piperade, Savoy veal with tuberous chervil and Dubarry garnish. Locals can enjoy the lunch menu at €37, while visitors can choose from a wide range of dishes on the Dégustation menu at €115. Well-equipped Savoyard cellar, well-trained and attentive service.
