When you're out and about in the Verdon, be sure to stop by this well-kept inn, in the beautiful regional architecture of a former bastide. A serene setting, a lovely view, a pleasant terrace under the olive trees - all the right conditions to appreciate the cuisine, now under the guidance of chef Rodolphe Lewandowski (formerly of Les Trésoms in Annecy, among others), who emphasizes local produce, in a simple, meticulous execution, to be chosen from a €36 menu that changes according to the market.
