Maxime's slate of high-quality charcuterie and cheeses from local artisans and his home-smoked fish are accompanied by seaweed breads created especially for him by the village baker. "We smoke the season's wild catch from the North-East Atlantic: tuna, swordfish, haddock, sardines, mackerel..." says Maxime, who created this place out of his love for the land. With the same Signature, he creates cocktails with Breton ciders, apple juices, spirits and liqueurs.
