Gault&Millau's review 2025

A cuisine of sharing and simplicity, to match the reality of happy days on vacation in Lourmarin. Wander, hunt, soak up the sun and sit down to a refined dinner at Le Moulin. There's a wide range of dishes to choose from, including apricot and zucchini burrata, octopus with citrus fruit, charcuterie from the Ventoux, spelt risotto, lamb mouse confit with fennel, tuna pavé and red berry and lavender pavlova. Relaxed and serene, just like the young, smiling staff.
