Slightly out of the center and easy to get to, this well-born bistro combines all the advantages of the genre, with a good chef at the helm, always able to whet the appetites of newcomers with interesting suggestions, such as this very pleasant cod bouillabaisse the other day. Specialties such as risotto and beef confit polenta are served alongside a wide selection of quality products, including 24-month ham and foie gras. The welcome and service are in the right tone, relaxed and efficient, and the wine cellar offers no great discoveries, from the classic regional wines to those of the trade elsewhere, with over 160 references.
