Once through the door, we discover a small, square room and the chef behind the counter busily working the teppanyaki, where he grills white fish, shrimp, tuna, pork, foie gras and wagyu. Several menus are on offer, with emblematic dishes such as chawanmushi, sashimi, dengaku with super-melting eggplant, the not-so-exciting can and the interesting black sesame tiramisu, all of which can be accompanied by sake, tea or wine. Very friendly staff, a room in the basement with a large table for groups.
