Original Restaurant A true corner of Provence, just below the Forville market, with its typical architecture, pastel walls and cobblestones, where the Giorsetti family opened their table in 1935. Luc Giorsetti, the third generation, continues the tradition of his grandmother's recipes, which are both regional and French, and are presented in a seasonal menu at €37. Petit farcis niçois kicks things off, followed by cod à la niçoise, stuffed eggplant, blanquette de veau and Christian Parra's black pudding. Classic desserts.
