Gault&Millau's review2026
A truly traditional address just below the Forville market, opened by the Giorsetti family in 1935. This little end of the street, where the sun never shines, is as picturesque as a postcard, with its painted shutters and traditional buildings, its cobblestones and terraces. The fourth generation Giorsetti proudly maintains the heritage, blending family memories and new horizons, for a coherent market cuisine. On the €39 menu, you'll find Niçois-style stuffing, yellowtail sashimi with green apples, coriander and lime, Niçoise-style cod, osso buco with saffron orzo and gremolata, stuffed cabbage with Morteau sausage and gravy, lemon cake with lemon mousse and hazelnut praline.
