Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant inn on the banks of the Yonne, in the heart of a busy wine-growing region (Coulanges and Irancy nearby). We take advantage of the opportunity to focus our tasting on the region, with home-made classics such as rabbit rillettes with Chablis, pâté bourguignon and snails, to be followed by Prégilbert trout with Chablis sauce or beef cheek stew with Yonne cherries. Classic desserts, a good menu at €39.50 and, of course, wine from nearby winegrowers.
