Over forty years in business and a reputation that endures, for this inn on the banks of the Yonne. It's a charming hotel with a delightful terrace in summer, under tents erected over the water. While admiring the sunset, you can rediscover familiar pleasures: white asparagus in two sauces, large sole meunière, coq au cidre de la forêt d'Othe, peppered apples and rhubarb, crème caramel with bourbon vanilla. Very friendly service.
