It's a chance to immerse yourself in the region's gastronomic universe thanks to this "two-in-one" restaurant. The cuisine isn't just a quick fix, but uses the terroir for personalized plates: terrine de l'auberge, croustillant de crottin aux pommes, suprême de pintade farciere à la forestière, poire pochée feuillantine chocolat et sorbet passion for an honest meal, in the choices of a €37 menu, and with the estate's range of wines.
