Not far from Paimpol, this elegant "table de pays" offers a delightful local experience, with its typical facade and contemporary interior, its regional dishes and contemporary tastes. The €35 "Cormoran" menu deploys the local flavor in a poetic way: "garden with sea view" with shellfish, marinated salmon, oyster leaves and crisp vegetables in chicken sauce, fisherman's basket and shellfish coulis, Breton pig chop on straw and jus... Beautiful desserts. Friendly service.
