Not far from Paimpol, this elegant "table de pays" offers a delightful local experience, with its typical facade and contemporary interior, its regional dishes and contemporary tastes. The €35 "Cormoran" menu deploys the local flavor in a poetic way: "garden with sea view" with shellfish, marinated salmon, oyster leaves and crisp vegetables in chicken sauce, fisherman's basket and shellfish coulis, Breton pig chop on straw and jus...
