Chef's Restaurant In a quiet village near Compiègne, chef Ludovic Colpart inspires his numerous customers to spend a Sunday in the country, savoring his bourgeois cuisine. He offers traditional dishes such as foie gras in different preparations, terrine, opera and pan-fried escalopine, lobster ravioli with a tasty lobster sauce, a small granita while waiting for braised veal sweetbreads, white asparagus and purée. A platter of three regional cheeses is served before enjoying a revisited lemon tart. Tables under the veranda offer a breathtaking view of the wooded terrace and its small pool.
