Not far from Carhaix-Plouguer, a roadside rest stop that has been alive and well since the 1950s, and which vigorously embodies the local hospitality tradition. Behind the old-fashioned walls, you'll find the pleasures of the land, brought to life on the plate with colorful, graphic dishes that showcase local produce.
