A well-kept house in a purely wooded setting, playing Alsatian specialties like a well-honed repertoire: sauerkraut, wadele, bibeleskäs, bouchée à la reine, veal kidney casserole, not forgetting the very good tartes flambées (flambéed tarts), a favorite of regulars, available in some fifteen varieties, including sweet ones for dessert.
