The village is adorable, the inn authentic, the view magnificent. What more could you ask for in the charming hinterland of Nice? Cuisine inspired by the land? Here it is, in all its simplicity and sincerity, with simple, heartfelt dishes (blanquette ravioli, veal estouffade with pietra and porcini mushrooms...) by François Tomazzo, while Brigitte wraps the moment in kindness and attention.
