Gourmet Restaurant North of Vierzon, in the heart of the Sologne region, this large brick building is home to a 3-star hotel and a fine local restaurant. It's a perfect opportunity for a stopover in the heart of bucolic nature. In addition to the lovely rooms, Joël Danthu's auberge is a must, for its pretty Sologne classics and more modern accents: langoustine tartare, Sologne caviar and langoustines in spicy tempura, a back of salmon with pinot noir jus, mallard duck with peach and sweet spices, a classic soufflé with Grand Marnier.
