Gault&Millau's review 2025

A century-old estate in the heart of the Champagne region, it is now home to a 3* hotel and an attractive market restaurant, which together make it a family-friendly gourmet stopover. The €26 menu offers good value for money, in a rather contemporary vein, with gambas ravioli, ginger and coconut milk, roasted scallops, gremolata and vegetable wok, beef shank pavé, creamy meat jus and winter vegetables, glazed parfait and chestnut cream. Meticulous service.
