A century-old estate in the heart of the Champagne region, it is now home to a 3* hotel and an attractive market restaurant, which together make it a family-friendly gourmet stopover. The €26 menu offers good value for money, in a rather contemporary vein, with gambas ravioli, ginger and coconut milk, roasted scallops, gremolata and vegetable wok, beef shank pavé, creamy meat jus and winter vegetables, glazed parfait and chestnut cream.
