Just north of Quimper, Véronique and Philippe Dufossé are back at this beautiful Breton house, where they run a market table that's as meticulous as it is regional. Behind the stonework and painted shutters, the chef produces a plate of terroir dishes in well-staggered menus from €25 to €45, linking crabmeat and fish with a celery-carrot remoulade, chorizo in sauce with a panaché of fish, a fine duck from Bruyère Blanche with cider in two courses, or an all-chocolate regressif with Breton shortbread. Suitable cellar.
