Gourmet Restaurant Just off the Route 102, this seemingly unremarkable inn has everything to seduce. Richard Rocle's cuisine is authentic, in the fresh, local produce used, in the chef's classic yet daring style, in the elegance of the plates and the composition of the cellar. Escalope de foie gras de canard fraise amandes et noisettes torréfiées, noix de ris de veau au beurre risotto de haricots verts petits pois et pois gourmands crème de haddock et croustillant, canard Burgaud cerise de Baza au beurre. A three-chocolate dessert that will delight chocolate lovers. Charming service by Angèle.
