Chef's Restaurant The village and its surroundings are magnificent, in the heart of the Châtaigneraie Cantalienne, and Renaud Darmanin's house, a beautiful 17th-century stone mansion, makes an ideal base for a long weekend exploring the Cantal mountains. Beautiful rooms for the night and, for a bite to eat after a long day exploring the surrounding countryside, a bistronomic table, l'Oxalys, and its gastronomic version where our Jeune Talent 2014 gives free rein to his always teeming imagination. Naturally, local products are given pride of place, including river fish, chestnuts, porcini mushrooms and foie gras, always prepared in a rebellious, offbeat spirit.
