Not far from the Forêt d'Orient, a fine address on the country road, where the spirit of the inns of yesteryear lives on, with their sense of hospitality and traditions. As a hotel-restaurant, you'll enjoy the rooms as much as the main dining room, where you'll gather by the fireplace to rediscover local classics such as gizzard salad, calf's head with ravigote sauce, pink trout filet with shrimp, free-range chicken with champagne sauce, and local cheeses.
