The warm setting, with its light, natural wood, white tablecloths for a refined touch, and deer antler decoration, introduces well-crafted compositions: game terrine, cod cheek parmentier style, sauce vierge and arugula, piece of venison with cherries, country-style pan-fried meat and rhubarb crumble.
