A classic of holiday life in Touquet: this gentle house in the woods is a favorite haunt for a moment of distinguished tradition, with fairly sustained prices for carefully-crafted plates, and a wide choice covering most cravings: oysters, marrow bone, foie gras nougat with dried fruit and gingerbread, fillet of sea bream salsa verde, grilled turbot chimichurri like a béarnaise, calf sweetbread with red wine sauce and summer truffle, the à la carte bill can vary from simple to double depending on the product. Menus range from €29 to €150, in a reassuring atmosphere, with attentive, smiling service. You can also enjoy the "guinguette" side of the restaurant, with planks, oysters, Iberian ham croquettes...
