Gault&Millau's review2026
It was a bit of a spare wheel to get away from bad highway sandwiches, but over the years it's become a real pleasure stop, thanks to the professional and eager welcome, the lively and well-organized service, and the extensive menu that mixes nods to tradition with deliberately modern dishes; eggs meurette, snails, asparagus velouté, Chablis andouillette on onion fondue, Crisenon trout with mint pea velout, and a wide choice of desserts, including a pleasant hazelnut gianduja tartlet. Extensive cellar, with a good choice of Chablis and Yonne wines.
