A village inn in the heart of the Beaujolais region, you can stop off along the wine trail for a classic menu, where Lyon's traditions are well represented. Typical dishes include: cassolette d'escargots façon meurette, queue de homard au bouillon, ris de veau poêlés et purée à la truffe d'été, cervelle des canuts, tartelette abricot amandine.
