Travelling south through the Vercors towards Grenoble, you can stop off at this family-run hotel, which has been welcoming travellers since 1934. Estelle and Julien's table is a good opportunity to rediscover the pleasures of the terroir, on the terrace or indoors, with poultry liver cake à la bressane, raw and cooked Vercors char marinated with watermelon, crispy Drôme pigeon and caramelized walnut tartlet.
