Gault&Millau's review 2026

A bistro to follow, offering as much pleasure as refinement. In a simple, pleasant setting, the emphasis is on the product, well enhanced by today's preparations: woodland mushroom tart and fresh goat's cheese chantilly, artichoke and pickle religieuse, yellow celery chicken and snail cream with mild garlic, or pho soup, with fish or in a vegan version. We finish a lovely meal with the pavlova pear caramel with salted butter and the toque is confirmed.
