Next door to Pornic, a pretty, chic and cosy restaurant, in the dining room or on the more intimate patio, your senses will be awakened to savor original, finely-crafted dishes: sweetbreads from land and sea, kid in a ballottine stuffed with foie gras and dried fruit, pheasant, heirloom vegetables (tuberous chervil, scorsonera...). The chef loves a challenge to surprise your taste buds, renewing his menu every month according to market produce. For dessert, Maxime imagines original, less sweet vegetable-based sweets, a range of colorful emotions...
