Sponsored Once you've tasted the creativity of chef Maxime Merceron and the attentive service of his partner Perrine, you'll want to come back to Retour du Marché. And that's exactly what our regulars do, always eager to discover new dishes on a short menu that focuses on freshness and seasonality, such as the carpaccio of scallops, citrus and butternut, or the black olive, yellow lemon and almond dessert. The Chef's creations revive forgotten vegetables (earth pear, sakura sweet potato, crosne...) and tantalize the taste buds with original flavor combinations. They rival the house's signature dish: pan-fried veal sweetbreads and their sauce of the moment.
