Just north of the Vosges, a few hundred meters from the German border, this pretty bistro in light-colored wood is a local, traditional establishment, where the classics are faithfully reproduced. The menu is efficient, and customers return with the assurance of respected taste: presskopf, filet de bar à la plancha, fine tagliatelle and diced duck foie gras, fine stew of young wild boar, bouchée à la reine, gratin de framboises au sabayon de Gewurztraminer. The €29.50 Hunting menu is highly recommended.
