Gourmet Restaurant
For half a century now, we've been extolling the virtues of Chez Georges on rue Garet... A few tourists passed through on our recommendation, and the famous authenticity could have suffered. Fortunately, the cardinal values remain, and in this temple you'll still find a good mâchon, the classics (poultry liver cake, tablier de sapeur, red wine hot sausage...) and also good bistro dishes on regional themes: snails from Quincieux en persillade, gratin de ravioles de Romans au saint-marcellin, Bresse poultry in vinegar. Not bad wine selection, with Julien Pilon, Jean Foillard, Petite Galle en lyonnais...).
