A bustling street, thanks in large part to this lively restaurant where owner-chef Julien Domin curates a wide selection on a menu tailored to the flow of customers, in terms of both quality and price: salmon ceviche, rockfish soup, a seafood platter, Honfleur-style matelote with farm-fresh cream, and skate ballottine with coconut cream, lemongrass, ginger, and sun-dried tomatoes—all available from the à la carte menu for €38 at lunch and €45 in the evening.
