A low-cost version of Lucas Carton? Certainly, prices are more affordable than in the big house, but the spirit of precision and fair taste is well controlled, in a pleasant setting and an atmosphere of very good taste: sardines in escabeche with romesco sauce, poultry pâté en croûte with rhubarb confit, lamb confit with mint and feta siphon, and a very good chocolate flan for dessert. For a bill not much higher (around €60) than in a bistro. Well-adapted wine selection, daily menu at €39.
