The expression is graphic, but precise. And it's all pretty good here, and not just in the pig. Delightful classics: snails, foie gras, oysters, followed by tartare, pig's trotters with foie gras or sweetbreads. Classic desserts, Virginie de Valandraud 2015 by the glass at €19.
