The smiling welcome, the contemporary dishes on the varied menu: ginger carrot royale with yellowfin tuna, scallops with broccoli, almonds and horseradish, truffled risotto with parmesan and serrano... Desserts of the moment, ice creams and sorbets, and a fine selection of local wines.
