The cuisine here is rather elaborate and refined, in line with current trends, featuring a beautiful, comprehensive menu for €48: sea bream tartare with peaches, citrus fruits, zucchini, and glasswort; veal fillet tataki with almonds and lentil hummus; crispy apricot tartlet with honey ganache… A varied wine selection, Bellerose draft beer, cocktails, and soft drinks.
