The famous Relais & Châteaux also has its own little bistro, for more informal cuisine and a more relaxed atmosphere. The place is warm, with small wood and straw furniture, bistro-style tables, and satisfying seasonal cuisine: pork effiloché with spices, hazelnut butter and mustard seed mousse, a peach return with creamy wheat, market vegetables and herb sauce, guinea fowl supreme with mushroom sauce, sweet potato purée, seasonal vegetables. Friendly service.
