To the east of the prefecture, in one of the last streets on the edge of the city center, this charming vaulted cellar is the perfect place to rediscover traditional Alsatian dishes. It's a typical, warm atmosphere, where you'll find Riesling terrine, mushroom crust, spätzles au gratin, three-meat baeckeofe and sürlawerla.
