Chef's Restaurant Authenticity in this personalized Chinese cuisine that has been delighting connoisseurs for almost thirty years with the Shan brothers. They've lost a bit of their hair, but not their knack or their sense of the right dish, with dishes that keep coming back for more: bang bang chicken with sesame cream, caramelized Tsasui chicken, siou maï roast duck with plum sauce, Szechuan-style braised beef with spices. The pleasure of these genuine flavours, renewed with the same talent, is repeated on every visit. Desserts are anecdotal, but the tasting menu is very tempting at €48.
