First of all, let's remember that talking about "Chinese cuisine" makes as much sense as talking about "European cuisine", in equal measure... The Shan brothers therefore contribute to our education by emphasizing their specialties, Cantonese (the most influenced by travel and the West) and Szechuan, the spiciest. This virtuous marriage results in a menu that is always remarkably well-executed and varied, with delightful sauces and combinations: chicken with sesame cream, crispy cuttlefish with garlic and ginger, Mamie Shan's unmissable crispy rolls, duck with spices in plum sauce, roast pork tchasui caramelized with spices... The initiation is remarkable with the Découverte menu of seven plates for €50.
