It's the project of a lifetime that Camille and Jean-Marie Messaoud have imagined for Saint-Omer. Trained as a Maître d'hôtel, Jean-Marie grew up in this world, and has forged his experience in leading establishments in France, England and Switzerland. Today, making his dream come true takes on its full meaning through a convivial and sincere table in an atmosphere blending exposed stone and typical Audomarois bricks. On the menu, the Chef's aim is not to reinvent cuisine, but to sublimate his art: you'll discover carefully-crafted, generous and tasty dishes featuring local seasonal produce. Driven by an acute sense of service and hospitality, the establishment offers a thoughtful experience, complemented by a fine selection of wines, cocktails and spirits.
