Next to the town hall, in a 19th-century building, chef Gilles Monti offers three formulas, including the grand menu du Laboureur at €47, with a wide choice of starters and main courses, including marinated herring fillets, pressed foie gras with smoked duck, whole sea bream with aromatic herbs, lamb mouse confit à l'orientale, grilled beef fillet, roast beef jus etc... And no fewer than 10 desserts, including île flottante and chocolate mousse. A short, classic wine list accompanies this rich, generous cuisine.
