Original Restaurant An authentic inn on the banks of the Saône, run by Éric Crot for almost thirty years. The table hardly changes, ensuring an experience of fine constancy, between tradition and terroir. In this rustic dining room with country-style furnishings, regional classics are right at home: jambon persillé, game terrines, Burgundy snails, vol-au-vent of frogs and snails in butter, wild boar bourguignon with fresh pasta, Bresse poultry fricassee with cream, mushrooms and morels, sweetbread puff pastry with morels... Menus from €15 to €35.
