Gault&Millau's review 2025

The street is very popular with tourists (who multiply their selfies with the Eiffel Tower in the background), the same ones who appreciate this restaurant with its strong Parisian-tourist accent. Nothing is missing from the picture: the small, square tables, the photos of the City of Light on the walls, the waiters with their broken English, and a menu that straddles the divide between the classic and brasserie repertoires. The menu-card (39 euros for lunch and 45 euros for dinner... for the same services) is well-priced, but don't expect too much emotion from the salmon gravelax with mango, fennel and lemon vinaigrette, the duck breast with grilled sweet potatoes and orange sauce, or the simplistic dessert of crème brûlée siphon, grilled citrus and almonds.
