Gault&Millau's review2026
At the foot of Mont Saint-Odile, this red ox is a reassuring place, promising to be exactly as we left it last time, and to be the same next year. It's a beautiful village inn, where Alsatian traditions are religiously reproduced, in good humor and hospitality. You'll find familiar dishes such as Ebersheim snails, tarte flambée with munster cheese, fillet of beef with red wine sauce, spätzle gratin, sauerkraut and sorbet. Fair prices.
