Original Restaurant For a convenient mâchon on your way out of the Capucins market. At the corner of the square, a welcoming bistro with an unmistakable catalog, made for good traditional eaters: marinated herring, grenier médocain, boudin noir plancha to start with, veal kidney, rabbit stew or braised beef chuck to follow, among many others (we were told that the navarin d'agneau wasn't bad either). Du Haut Moulin by the glass, but also Fondrèche or Sauvignon de Chidaine.
