Gourmet Restaurant It's a must on the quays of Ciboure, right on the banks of the River Nivelle, and embodies the spirit of a family-run inn better than any other. Everyone meets here in a happy, friendly atmosphere, where Basque classics, especially seafood, are served with a big smile. Tradition is as well respected here, starting with grilled sardines, stuffed mussels, cod spiked with chorizo, olives, basil and basquaise, grilled Ospital pig and langoustines, sautéed grenailles... Classic desserts. Local wines.
