This is one of the capital's most emblematic restaurants, a true country house with traditional accents, from which emanate an engaging authenticity and vitality. On two levels, the dining rooms are quickly filled, a sign of a popular address despite a rather discreet front, as if to convey the obviousness of a place known to insiders, regularly gathering around classic, well-crafted cuisine. The menu includes cep and foie gras ravioli, tallarins with prawns, mushrooms and crushed tomatoes, croquetas, Andalusian-style fried calamari, cod with ratatouille and old-fashioned meatballs. An excellent Spanish wine cellar, with offerings from all regions.
