A beautiful dining experience and top-notch cuisine that puts a modern spin on classic dishes, thanks to Alexandre Gauthier’s teams. The master of La Grenouillère (5T) brings a relaxed yet highly professional vibe to a vibrant menu—inspired by the past and making you want to try everything—under the guidance of Chef Juliette Carlu: hand-filleted sea bream with beef heart, spiny lobster with peas, fried calamari, pan-seared sea bass with butter and peach, charcoal-grilled rib-eye, apricot-verbena pavlova, rum baba… Excellent front-of-house team, a well-curated wine cellar with great selections at every price point.
