In this maze of rooms, there's always a little corner for you or your family, even if it may be more comfortable to make a reservation. André is the key to immersing yourself in the city and its customs. A great seafood brasserie menu, great atmosphere, great service. Go to the treasure map to choose your menu, focusing on simple dishes and natural products: oysters (from four different sources), mussels, shellfish, house-smoked cod, sole meunière, but also beef cheek and chuck confit, crêpes Suzette and Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert.
